Who are we?

Sysnext was created in 2001. In order to take advantage of the e-commerce boom, the company envisioned a new concept: a photographic studio that could be used easily by anyone in a company and that would not require any specific skill: PackshotCreator is born! Very quickly, the company responded to businesses'  needs by enabling them to internalize their creative processes. From its headquarter in Paris, Sysnext very quickly started to work on international operations.

The perpetual goal has been to address new uses in a simple and efficient way. Millions of businesses confronted with deadlines, costs and homogeneity of images issues found their solution in the PackshotCreator concept. PackshotCreator brings them a simple, fast and efficient solution available 24/7. Today, the PackshotCreator product line is adopted by thousands of businesses in 35 countries.

Our presence on several continents (Europe, Asia and Africa) shows that PackshotCreator responds to a need that has become universal: creating and sharing product photos easily. Over the past 10 years, PackshotCreator has become a reliable and innovative partner.

Today, from its Parisian headquarters to its research and development offices in  Europe and Asia, the company brings together the competencies of forty engineers and technicians who work each day to improve the product lines. The software development is simultaneously undertaken by technical teams based on 3 continents. As a precursor, PackshotCreator has consolidated its skills throughout the world. As a result: the company offers its software in several languages, supplies products in many countries and can offer training programs and quality assistance for its equipment for every situation.

The machine production is located in Asia, but the majority of the team (marketing, commercial resources and customers services) is located in Paris.

 

PackshotCreator and Ortery: an innovative partnership

The PackshotCreator team along with the American-Taiwanese Ortery Technologies team are at the heart of the digital photo studio concept. These two companies, specialized in complementary sectors, began their partnership in 2000 with one goal in mind: making digital product photography accessible to everyone.

The PackshotCreator/Ortery technologies partnership combines the best practices in photography and visual imagery and has applied this know-howx to business processes. Thus, this strong international partnership is based on this common aim: meeting the business needs in product communication.

The founder, Laurent Wainberg

In 2000, after several experiences that enabled him to acquire a real expertise of business workflows and productivity challenges, Laurent Wainberg started to imagine what PackshotCreator could bring to businesses. 

The idea came from a simple observation: the existing solutions to shoot products only offers businesses approximative results, required high costs and implied delays. In addition, they were counterproductive and led to underperformance since these solutions were unadapted to the new Internet needs. As a result, he imagines the PackshotCreator concept and creates the Sysnext company that he manages today. Without knowing it, he is going to revolutionize visual communication for businesses.

As the company's driving force, he knew to surround himself with experts who let him see the future with one ambition: "all businesses will one day have a PackshotCreator, just like they already have a printer or a fax machine".
