An ultra-polyvalent 3D tool
MaestroBot 3D is the only robotic 3D photo machine on the market to offer you as many possibilities. You can thus photograph products on a pure white background, position, capture a product from different angles, crop it automatically with a few clicks. And you can then generate interactive 360° views, or in 3D to virtualize a product.
The whole process is remotely controlled from the PackshotCreator 3D modeling software.

An entirely automated process.
You no longer need to manually restore all the steps of the 3D modeling of a product. Thanks to the 3D robotic acquisition system, you need only place the object into the MaestroBot 3D the robotic 3D machine and launch the shooting from the 3D modeling software.
The system creates the point cloud, the mesh, and automatically applies the texture onto the model.
A photorealistic digital object
- The structured light system ensures the projection of a pattern on the product for an optimal acquisition of the material, texture, and shape of the product.
- The software then generates a detailed 3D mesh and a 3D model to the photorealistic rendering from thirty photos taken at different angles.
Products scanned in just a few clicks
- The vast majority of products, with the exception of reflective or transparent black products, can be scanned in just few clicks.
- The software can scan without difficulty a part of the product that would not be visible during the shooting (the underside of a shoe, for example) and then assemble it to the final virtual 3D model.
- For concave products, the software also proposes simple editing tools for reworking volumes on a specific region of the 3D model (the interior of a shoe, for example).
- With 3D Flow, few clicks to capture the product from all angles, crop the visual to eliminate all background environment, create the point cloud, and apply the texture onto the 3D model. You thus obtain a result in HD.

100% piloted camera
Set the camera position form the computer. The software automatically adjusts the tilt of the camera depending on the size of the product, pilots the optical zoom, and synchronizes triggering the camera with the rotating plate, down to the nearest degree.

Full Lighting feature
Lighting management is done on 4 independent zones, and the control and exposition is done by the software. Your products are enhanced on a pure white or neutral background, without cast shadows. The colors are optimally rendered.

Automated multi-angle shooting
Predefine prior to shooting the photo angles, capture your product at 360° or in 3D, your solution takes care of the rest! The result: a complete, interactive presentation of your products.

3D scale models
The precalibrated rotating plate allows the software to automatically recognize, and with precision, the angles from which the product was photographed, and therefore the measurement scale. We then obtain reliable information on the real dimensions of the product, ideal for the client to be able to measure the size of a decorative object that he/she is thinking of buying, for example.

Multimedia export
You can export up to 10 different visual formats, according to your needs, and save them for the same types of images or animations: still images at 300 dpi, low-definition multi-angle visuals, interactive animations in HTML5 format, etc. Finally, 3D objects are exported in the most standard 3D formats (Collada, X3D, STL, 3DS, OBJ).

Hyperfocus
Obtain a clear photo from the foreground to the background of the product. Perfect for when you photograph small objects up close, product compositions, or products laid out lengthwise. The Hyperfocus function also extends to multi-view shootings and to 360° animations.
